At MBAide by L'Associare, we are committed to building a professional, respectful, and inclusive community. Our platform is dedicated to connecting MBA professionals and enthusiasts, fostering an environment where ideas, opportunities, and support can be shared freely and constructively.
Our Stance on Harassment and Discrimination
We have zero tolerance for harassment, discrimination, or any form of abuse. This includes, but is not limited to:

Offensive comments related to gender, gender identity and expression, sexual orientation, disability, mental illness, physical appearance, body size, age, race, or religion.

Unwelcome comments regarding a person's lifestyle choices and practices, including those related to food, health, parenting, drugs, and employment.

Deliberate intimidation, stalking, following, harassing photography or recording, sustained disruption of discussion, inappropriate physical contact, and unwelcome sexual attention.

Advocating for, or encouraging, any of the above behavior.
Code of Conduct

To maintain a respectful and productive environment, all members of the MBAide platform are required to follow these additional rules:

Be Respectful: Treat all members, clients, and staff with professionalism, courtesy, and respect. Constructive communication and collaboration are key to our shared success.

Stay On-Topic: Ensure that your contributions align with the purpose of the platform and the community discussions. Off-topic content disrupts engagement and focus.

No Harassment or Discrimination: Harassment, hate speech, or discriminatory behavior of any kind will not be tolerated.

Protect Privacy: Do not share personal, confidential, or sensitive information about other members without their explicit consent.

No Spam or Irrelevant Self-Promotion: Avoid excessive self-promotion, spam, or irrelevant content. Sharing expertise is encouraged but should always add value to the community.
Enforcement

Users are expected to respect fellow members and contribute positively to discussions. Any content or behavior that violates our community standards will be addressed promptly. Actions may include:

Issuing warnings.

Terminating accounts and access to our services.
Violations of these rules may result in warnings, suspension, or termination of membership, at the discretion of L’Associare. Serious breaches, including harassment or sharing confidential information without consent, will be dealt with promptly and firmly.
Reporting

If you feel you have been harassed, discriminated against, or subjected to inappropriate behavior, please immediately report the incident to our team. Provide as much detail as possible, so we can effectively address the situation.
